Drew Doughty tallied the winning goal late in the third period to lift the Los Angeles Kings over the Phoenix Coyotes 5-3 on Monday night. Los Angeles won as +105 road underdogs, while the teams played OVER the 5.5-goal total listed by sportsbooks. Doughty added an assist for the Kings, who got two goals and an assist from Ryan Smyth in the victory. Shane Doan recorded a marker and a helper for Phoenix, which was outshot 27-16 by Los Angeles on the night. |
