Sports Betting Weekend: MLB & UFC Focus

Fresh off a sweep of the Kansas City Royals, the Toronto Blue Jays carry a five-game winning streak into a weekend series with the Detroit Tigers.

The Tigers are also surging right now with a 7-2 record in their last nine games. In three previous meetings this season the Tigers are 2-1 versus Toronto, but the Jays hold a 5-2 edge in their last seven matchups. Toronto has also won their last five home games against Detroit.

Sports Betting Week: Royals vs Jays on Tap

On the MLB slate this week the Kansas City Royals and the Toronto Blue Jays meet up for the first time since last year’s ALCS. The Royals won that series 4-2.

The three-game series gets started on Monday. The Royals enter the series having lost two of three to the Philadelphia Phillies while losing Lorenzo Cain to the DL. Toronto split a four-game set with the Cleveland Indians. Including last year’s playoff games the Royals were 7-6 versus Toronto last season.

Sports Betting Weekend: MLB & the Races

The Cleveland Indians are the hottest team in baseball right now, and they’ll look to keep that hot streak going this weekend when they visit the Toronto Blue Jays for a four-game series starting on Thursday.

The Indians have won 12 straight games with consecutive series sweeps over the Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox and Tampa Bay Rays. Toronto enters the series after taking two of three games from the Colorado Rockies.

Sports Betting Week: NL East Clash on Tap

National League East rivals clash in an important series early this week as the New York Mets take on the Washington Nationals. The Nationals begin the three-game series with a three-game lead on the Mets in the division. They’re also slumping horribly with only one win in their last eight games.

Sports Betting Weekend: Summer Schedule

The red hot Texas Rangers will look to keep piling up wins this weekend when they play host to the Boston Red Sox.

The Rangers owned Boston last season and sport a 5-1 record in their last six matchups. At home the Rangers have won three straight and eight of their last 11 against the Red Sox. Despite both teams boasting some big bats the UNDER has been the smart play here at 7-1 in the last eight.
