Packers a Big Favorite vs Bears on Thursday

The Green Bay Packers should be thankful for their matchup on Thanksgiving as they appear to have drawn a cupcake when they take on the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football.

The Packers are an 8.5-point favorite at online sportsbook 5Dimes as they face off with their NFC North division rivals. Last time out the Packers snapped a three-game losing streak with a 30-13 win over Minnesota as a 1-point underdog. Aaron Rodgers passed for 212 yards with a pair of touchdowns and Eddie Lacy looked the healthiest he's looked all season with 100 yards rushing on 22 carries.

The Bears came up short against Denver last week in a 17-15 loss as a 2.5-point underdog. With Matt Forte and Alshon Jeffery both sidelined the Bears offense had trouble finding the end zone. Jay Cutler passed for 265 yards with an interception, while Jeremy Langford was limited to 25 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries. Jeffery and Forte are both listed as questionable for Thursday night's game.

Back in Week 1 the Packers took care of Chicago 31-23 as a 6-point underdog. Rodgers had three touchdown passes while Forte had a strong game for the Bears in defeat, rushing for 141 yards and a TD on 24 carries.

With the Week 1 victory the Packers have won four straight against Chicago both SU and ATS. In their last 11 versus the Bears Green Bay is a near-perfect 10-1 SU with a 9-2 ATS record. Not surprisingly the Packers also dominate the Bears at home at Lambeau Field. In their last seven home games against Chicago the Packers are 6-1 SU and 5-2 ATS.
