 Week 11 Trends
Exclusive to America's Line by Rich Crew

All the hype is around the Saints and Colts and their ‘perfect’ 9-0 mark heading into Week 11.
    Perfect by whose standards? .
Indy barely escaped last week, thanks to New England big bold fourth-down blunder, but they failed to cover the spread for the third week in a row. So that 9-0 mark is really only 5-4 for bettors.
The Saints are equally as imperfect for bettors despite their 9-0 mark. They failed to cover the past three games as well. Maybe that’s why the perfect season odds on both teams are stacked against them, according to OddsShark.com.
New Orleans faces an 11-point spread as road favorites in Tampa Bay and the Saints are 5-2 ATS in their past seven trips to Tampa. The Bucs meanwhile are a money-bleeding 1-7 ATS in eight home games dating back to last season.
Indy takes is tattered defense to Baltimore, where it faces a struggling offense and a team playing on a short week. The Ravens won 16-0 at Cleveland, but neither the offense nor the defense looked good.
Perhaps that’s why bettors poured early money on the Colts, moving the opening line from +1 to -1 by Wednesday. Then there’s the little historical fact that Indy is 5-0 SU and ATS the past five meetings with Baltimore which factors into the public’s mood.
A home trend in November plays the other way as the Ravens are 14-4-1 ATS in 19 home games during this month.

    More Week 11 trends:
Giants vs Falcons – The Giants have been terrible coming out of bye weeks, going 3-9-1 ATS in 13 games. They get Atlanta at home and won’t have to deal with Michael Turner. The line has climbed from -5-5 to -7 during the week because of it. However the Falcons are 11-4 ATS in 15 November road games and the road team has won seven in a row SU when these teams meet, dating back to 1998.
Saints vs Bucs – These teams have conspired to play 6 OVERs in the past 7 meetings (total opened at 51.5)
Packers vs 49ers – Whatever the reason, Green Bay has owned the San Francisco Bay team, going 11-2-1 ATS in 14 games since 1989.
Redskins vs Cowboys – Washington earned a freak victory last week and look to make it two straight. They are 6-2 ATS past 8 vs Dallas.
Chargers vs Broncos – Surging Chargers continue on the road and they are 5-1-1 ATS past 7 vs fading Broncos.
Jets vs Patriots – This has been a weird trendy series where the road team almost always covers the spread. The Jets are 10-3 ATS in 13 trips to Foxboro while the Pats are 10-1 ATS past 11 at Giants Stadium.
