Las Vegas - Looks like Vegas is BACK BAABBBEEE!!!
Obviously, 2020 was a giant drop in visitors and revenue, but March's numbers show a GINORMOUS 72.6% increase for the state, with a massive 67.2% bump for the Strip.
Here's a list of the Nevada casinos' net winnings in March...
- Penny slots: $323.8 million.
- Blackjack: $71.4 million.
- Baccarat: $68.2 million.
- Sports: $39.8 million.
- Roulette: $33.3 million.
- Craps: $26.3 million.
C'mon to Paris with me where we're gonna take a look at the Paris Saint-Germain/Manchester City game in the UEFA Champions League semi-final. Gonna drop some chips on total goals and go Over 1.5 goals at -$450 and Over 2.5 goals at -$135. Ask me why? Two reasons. Neymar and Mbappe. These kids are one of the most devastating duos in the world, and it shows up almost every time in the box score. Les Parisiens, hope you like my French, have scored 18 goals in their last six games which, my calculator tells me, is an average of three goals per. That's enough to cover the Over by themselves, but when you add in City's scoring efforts, 25 goals in the last 12 games, OVER is the way to the BANK!!!
Ben Simmons and Tobias Harris returned to the Sixers lineup, and that means trouble for the rest of the NBA. What kinda trouble? To start, they SMOKED the Thunder on Monday, 121-90. Now they get to run against an Atlanta club that has NO Trae Young. What does that mean? Trae averages 25.3 points per game. The Hawks didn't have him on Monday night and they only managed to score 86 points. Have no problem laying a snowman with a healthy group of 76ers.
