Las Vegas - Flying out to Anaheim and gonna throw a few coins at the Los Angeles Angels. Still confusing to think about the Angels as an L.A. team when they are 27 miles from downtown Los Angeles, which is like an hour and change car ride depending on how bad the traffic is on the I-5 Freeway. What's not confusing is the one/two punch of Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani. These guys are heating up and the Halos are on a tear, winning six of the last seven.

Las Vegas - We have seen week 1 lines for the NFL trickle out and now my friends at OddsShark have some exact matchup wagers for Super Bowl LVIII/58. At the top of the list is the Chiefs/Eagles at 20/1. The Chiefs/49ers can be bought at 22/1, the Eagles/Bills at 25/1, the Eagles/Bengals at 28/1 and the 49ers/Bills at 30/1. Gonna study HARD but might throw a few pennies at the 49ers/Bills matchup at THIRTY to ONE!

Las Vegas - Minnesota is going through a bit of a rough patch, losing four of the last five (not including last night). The good news is, the Twins will send Joe Ryan to the mound and he has been money. Ryan comes in with a gorgeous 6-1 record and a very skinny 2.25 ERA. Not that it matters, but just for a little context, Joe was born in San Francisco, went to Sir Francis Drake High School in San Anselmo, California and was drafted by the Giants in the 39th round of the 2014 MLB draft.

Las Vegas - Gotta slide on to the ice tonight down in Texas and grab the Stars over the Golden Knights. To say that these teams are DEAD EVEN would be something straight outta the playbook of Captain Obvious. Dallas and Vegas have played two games so far and BOTH went to OT. The Stars are down 0-2 and an 0-3 hole would basically be a death sentence. Dallas has been MONEY at home, winning nine of the last 11 at the American Airlines Center.

Las Vegas - Bailey Ober is certainly not a household name, but he is spinning some gold for the Twins. Ober has started five games so far this season and owns a 3-0 record. He has thrown a total of 30 innings and allowed just 6 earned runs which works out to a skinny/minny 1.78 ERA. You can also add in 28 Ks. Gimme those Twins for the money.
