He has allowed only one earned run over the last 11 innings, and since the Brew Crew is on a roll, we're staying in Milwaukee for another winner.

So, the Cubs are desperate for a starting pitcher and will be calling up Adrian Sampson from their Triple A club in Iowa. Talk about desperate. Sampson was 6-9 for the Texas Rangers in 2018 and 2019, then pitched in South Korea last season for the Lotte Giants. His problems continued in the KBO, suffering another losing record, 9-12, and a PHAT 5.40 ERA. He also allowed 167 hits in just 130 innings.
