Las Vegas - Little baby Pitino, Richard, not Rick, will take Minnesota into the Big Ten Tournament and we'll take the Gophers in a two team 6-point teaser. Minny has NO chance at winning the Big Ten trophy, but they know how to beat the lousy teams. The last two wins came against Northwestern, 83-57, and Nebraska, 107-75. The Wildcats have won only three of the last 21, so that's why we're teasing the Gophers down from -8 to -2 points.

Las Vegas - This has been a horrible year for Roy Williams and North Carolina. Actually, historic, from a negative perspective. This is the first time in his Hall of Fame coaching career that Roy has had a losing record. And he's been at it for a while. Like thirty two years. He was 418-101 in his stint at Kansas, and is 466-151 at Chapel Hill. Overall, that adds up to 884-252 (78%), and never EVER a losing season. Till now.

Las Vegas - Giannis is officially out against Denver tonight. With the Greek Freak, the Bucks would probably be a small favorite over the Nuggets. Without Giannis, the line will swing all the way to Denver as a favorite. Antetokounmpo is probably worth at least five points, maybe more. And PG George Hill is also listed as doubtful. The Nuggs are one of the best home teams in the NBA, sitting with a 24-8 record in the Mile High City, and have covered six of the last nine at the Pepsi.

Las Vegas - National TV. Bragging rights, temporarily, in the City of Angels. L.A. vs. L.A. LeBron vs. Kawhi. So far, it's the Clippers up 2-0. They won the season opener 112-102 as a +3.5 point underdog, then posted a 111-106 W on Christmas Day as a 2.5 point dog. The Clips come in on a 6-0 run, while the Lake Show has won 10 of the last 11. If we find a -2 or less, say hi to Kawhi!
