Las Vegas - We live in Vegas but have NO rooting interest in the Raiders. And, have NO interest in betting tonight's game. TOO UGLY everywhere you turn.
So, we'll turn to the MLB board, fly West, and grab the Dodgers as they look to even up the series before heading to Arizona. L.A. will send rookie Bobby Miller to the mound and the kid has been able to plug a YUGE hole in the Dodgers rotation. He comes to the playoff party with an 11-4 record and a respectable 3.76 ERA. The problem is, he'll have to face the D'backs best pitcher, Zac Gallen. However, we looked at Gallen's work against L.A. this season, and it has been UGLIFIED. Zac faced the Dodgers in Los Angeles and gave up 6 hits and 5 earned runs in just 4 innings. Then he went to LaLa Land again, and was blitzed, giving up 9 hits and 6 earned runs in 5 innings. So, when you add it all up, that's 15 hits and 11 earned in only 9 innings. That's almost 2 hits per inning, 1 earned per inning and an ERA of 11.00 at Dodger Stadium. Unless he has unlocked a secret sauce, or, come up with a new pitch, we're gonna ride with the Mookie Bunch. But we're gonna keep it on the light side, because L.A. Bobby is still a rook.

For your wagering pleasure, here is your spread stat of the day. Green Bay is sitting with an overall 2-2 record coming into Vegas, but the Packers have done some SERIOUS work against the spread. How serious? The Cheeseheads have covered seven of the last nine.
