Las Vegas - Normally don't drop any cash on women's college hoops, but this run by Caitlin Clark and Iowa has been STUNNING! Not gonna get crazy, drop maybe 1/4 of a normal bet, but as long as Double C is on the court, gotta think that the Hawkeyes are gonna lift the trophy. If you have not seen her play, just think Steph Curry with longer hair. She makes shots from the logo like they're layups, and dishes out dimes like John Stockton. Really like what LSU has done, and can't wait to see Kim Mulkey's next outfit, but don't think the Tigers have enough to stop Clark. I mean, South Carolina came in with a defense for the AGES, holding opponents to 51.1 points and 31.7 percent shooting from the field. They led the nation in blocks (8.9), rebounding margin (20.3) and destroyed teams by an average of 29.5 points per game, BEST in the country. And yet, the Hawkeyes posted a YUGE W. And Caitlin dropped FORTY ONE points, with eight assists and six rebounds. Don't like to use comparative scores, but the Lady Tigers were blown away by South Carolina back in February, 88-64. If you have not watched Double C, tune in because this kid is SPECIAL!
