If Davante is a no, we're a go!
Las Vegas - Delicious Thursday night game on tap with the Seahawks hosting the Rams in the second game between these two NFC West powers. In the first matchup, in Los Angeles, the Rams squeezed out a 21-19 victory on the back of FOUR Sam Darnold INTs. Both teams have been rocking. The Seahawks and Rams have both won eight of the last nine. Both QBs are slinging. Darnold has bounced back nicely after losing to L.A., with five TDs and just one INT. But Matthew Stafford has gone into another stratosphere. He is completing passes at almost 70% and has 37 TDs against only five INTs on the way to an MVP trophy, maybe. The problem for Seattle is the running game, or more accurately, the lack of a running game. The Seahawks managed just 50 yards on the ground against the Colts last week while the Rams duo of Kyren Williams and Blake Corum are chewing up opposing defenses. However, the problem for the Rams is possibly no Davante Adams, who is dealing with a hamstring issue. Adams has 14 TDs which leads the league and that would be YUGE loss for Los Angeles. So, we're thinking that if Seattle stayed within two points in the first meeting after getting intercepted four times, a clean game from Darnold could be a W for the home team. Especially if Davante sits. No Davante and we're tickling Seattle. With Davante, we take a pass.
So, on to Prop City and gonna look at Darnold Over 230.5 passing yards. In the first game, despite the four INTs, he still passed for 279 yards against the Rams and has gone over 230 yards in nine of 14 games. Also like an Anytime TD wager on Jaxon Smith-Njigba at +$115.
