Las Vegas - Normally, we try to stay away from home town teams, but in this spot, the Frisco Bowl, we're gonna throw some chips at UNLV over Ohio University. Vegas has had another solid season, closing with a 10-3 record, and as long as they're not playing Boise State, we're on the Rebels. They have a dual threat QB in Anthony Colandrea, who knows how to use his arm and his legs. Colandrea completed 256 of 387 (66.2%) passes this season for 3,275 yards, with 23 TDs and eight INTs. On the ground, he has gobbled up 621 yards for an average of 5.3 yards per rush and has danced in for nine TDs. On the other, Ohio's QB Parker Navarro, has arms and legs as well. However, he is the opposite of Colandrea, with stronger legs and just an okay arm. Navarro picked up 2,232 air yards with 14 TDs and 10 INTs. On the ground, he rolled for 843 yards with eight TDs. And if you're looking at the Bobcats two game winning streak to close the season, lemme throw this out. Ohio struggled with a Buffalo team that was just 5-7 this season, eventually posting a 31-26 win. Then they blew away Massachusetts, 42-17. Sure UMass was perfect this season, a perfect 0-12. YEAH, OH & TWELVE. Gimme the Rebels but we'll pass on the -7 and take 'em on the money line.
