It's all about corn!
Las Vegas - Thinking corn this afternoon and gonna tap Nebraska over Iowa. The Cornhuskers lost to the Hawkeyes 57-52 back in February AT Iowa. So, revenge is on the table. And that AT in caps is a pretty important piece of the equation. Why? Because the Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City is one of the best home courts in college hoops. So is the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln. Husker coach Fred Hoiberg took a few years to get Nebraska back on track after an ugly four year stint in the NBA with the Bulls. His first three years in Lincoln (7-25, 7-20, 10-2) were abysmal. Year four was better (16-16), then three straight winning seasons (23-11, 21-14, 25-4). Now, Fred has his kids sitting at 25-5 with an invite to the March Madness in his back pocket. Nebraska has won 15 of 17 at home and should find another W . If the spread is more than five points, we would roll over to the money line. Also thinking about an Under bet. The Cornhuskers have gone Under in 11 of their last 14 games, while the Hawkeyes have gone low in five of the last six.

Las Vegas - Looking at the battle for the top dog in the Wolverine state this afternoon in the 'what have you done lately' category. Michigan (28-2) is hosting Michigan State (25-5) and the Wolverines have won nine of the last 10 straight up with a 6-4 mark against the spread. They have gone Over four times and Under six times. State has won seven of the last 10 games straight up and covered just four of 10. They have gone Over eight times and Under twice.
