Greatest nickname ever??? STEPH BLURRY!!!

Las Vegas - If you've been reading in the Ecks & Bacon window, you know that we have been following Saint Louis all season. Not only for the gorgeous 29-5 record, but maybe the GREATEST nickname in the history of the NCAA Tournament. The Billikens center has a fairly average name, Robby Avila. But when you look at his picture, you'll notice a little goatee and a pair of goggles. His nickname, you ready, you sitting ... STEPH BLURRY! You can't top that. Would love to grab a dozen and a hook with St. Loo, but Michigan is too scary.
Not thrilled about laying double digits so we're gonna throw down a two team money line parlay. Start with

Illinois over Virginia Commonwealth and then hook that to Arkansas over High Point. Not saying my bracket is money, but do have the Illini making it out of the South and into the Final Four. Props to VCU for coming back and beating North Carolina, but the Tar Heels did NOT have their best player and were ready to fold.
Then we roll with Arkansas over High Point. Once again, props to the Panthers from North Carolina, but squeezing past Wisky by one point did not set me on fire. What does get me jazzed is the Razorbacks 6-0 run and John Calipari's coaching resume. Coach Cal brought the Hogs to the Sweet 16 last year and this team is even better. Totally understand that parlays are not the percentage play, but this one is gonna be money in the Bank of Benj.
ECKstatsLas Vegas - Checking in on a second round game tonight for a look at the 'what have you done lately' category. And we're looking out West at the Gonzaga/Texas matchup. The Zags (31-3) will fight Texas (20-14) for a trip to the Sweet 16. Gonzaga has won nine of the last 10 straight up and covered six of 10. The Zags have gone Over just once and Under nine times. Texas has won just five of the last 10 straight up with a 4-6 record against the spread. They have gone Over five times and Under five times.
