Gimme SIX points and we'll make a deposit into the Bank of Benj!
Las Vegas - Start out in Washington, DC., with a look at the St. John's/Duke game as the first leg of another tasty two team 6-point teaser. The Red Storm didn't play that well in their 67-65 win over Kansas. Actually, they were almost lousy. They were 25-69 (36%) on FGs, 11-35 (31%) on 3PTs and 6-11 (55%) on FTs. But they still won. Look for those numbers to improve tonight against Duke. The Johnnies have lost six games this season and with the exception of a 72-40 loss to UConn, none of the others were by more than 12 points. The Blue Devils roll into the Sweet 16 on a 13-0 run, but covered only two of the last six games. So, we'll take the Storm from +6.5 up to +12.5 points against the Dookies. Actually found a +7/+13 here in Vegas at the Circa sportsbook, and I'm buying.
Then we pair it with the Alabama/Michigan game. We actually have Michigan winning the crown, but in this spot, taking 'Bama plus double digits is the play. The Crimson Tide can FILL it up. How full? Alabama leads the nation in scoring, averaging over 91 points per game. The Wolverines play exceptionally tough defense, but we looked at their recent work against the spread and they have covered only two of the last 10. So gimme 'Bama and plump the Tide up from +9.5 to +15.5 points.

The Blue Devils have won 10 of their last 10 straight up with a 6-4 record against the spread. They have gone Over four times and Under six times. The Red Storm have won nine of the last 10 straight up and have a 7-3 record against the spread. They have gone Over only once and Under nine times. These teams have not met this season.
