Pirates win N.L. Central? Maybe!
Las Vegas - Not saying that the Pirates are gonna win the N.L. Central, but they are sitting in 1st place at the moment. The reason is the pitching staff that is on fire early. And it AIN'T Paul Skenes that is leading the way, it's Mitch Keller. The last two years were kinda ugly for Keller, with an 11-12 record in 2024 and a 6-15 mark in 2025. But this season, he is off to a fabulous start, logging 18 innings and allowing only two earned runs for a skinny little 1.00 ERA. Not so good for the arm in the other dugout. Washington's Miles Mikolas has started three times and been ROCKED for 17 earned runs in just 12 innings for a GINORMOUS 12.41 ERA. Gotta have the Bucs for the money.
And if you're looking for a taste of the NBA playoffs, we would recommend the Hornets at home over the Heat. Miami has really fallen off since the middle of March with just five wins in the last 15 games, while Charlotte has won 10 of the last 14. Look for the Hornets to sting the Heat but will grab Charlotte on the money line in this matchup.
