Las Vegas - Gonna head to the Twin Cities for a look at the Minnesota/Cincinnati game. If you're wondering why the Twins, not the Twinkies anymore, are sitting on top of the A.L. Central, Taj Bradley is one of the main reasons. Bradley spent a couple of years in Tampa and his numbers didn't really impress anyone. He was 25-33 with an ERA around 4.84. He was traded to Minnesota toward the end of last season, started six games and did not record a win. So what happens? He goes out and starts throwing peas in Minny to open this season. Taj is 3-0 and has allowed only three earned runs over 21.2 innings for a very, very thin 1.25 ERA. Throw in 29 Ks over the 21.2 frames and you can see why ya gotta jump on the Twins.
As for the NBA & NHL playoffs, this guy, your guy, always likes to be a spectator for the opening game to take the temperature of the series. Super important to see who is playing, who is healthy and what the game plan is gonna be. So, this afternoon & tonight, we just watch.

On January 2, the Hawks (+4.5) posted a 111-99 victory in New York. The Over/Under total was 240.5 and went low. On April 6, the Knicks (+1.5) posted a 108-105 victory in Atlanta. The Over/Under total was 226.5 and went low.
