Las Vegas - Early outing in Motown and we're gonna roll with the Tigers over the Brewers. Anytime we can find back-to-back Cy Young winner Tarik Skubal at a price around $200, we're buying. We know that Skubal is the BEST arm in baseball, but at home, he brings even more heat. If you're sitting, here are the numbers for Tarik's last four starts at Comerica Park. We're talking about 26 innings, 2 earned runs, a 0.69 ERA and 32 Ks. Gimme the Tigers for the money.
Then we're heading North to Ottawa for a look at the Senators/Hurricanes game. Ottawa is down 2-0 after losing both games in Tampa and an 0-3 hole would be virtually impossible to climb out of and advance to the next round. The Senators will be desperate and need to take full advantage of home ice where they have won nine of the last 11, including a 6-3 victory over Carolina. Gonna play Ottawa, but make it a tickle.
