Head North, and North again!
Las Vegas - Kickin' it off up North on the NHL ice in Minnesota and looking at the Wild over the Stars. After posting a 6-1 victory in the opener at Dallas, the Wild have lost two in a row and need a W to even the series. Gonna throw a few bucks at Minny.
Then we head further North, actually leaving the country for a trip to Toronto. The Blue Jays have not had a great start to the season, sitting at 10-14 (not including last night), but home field and Kevin Gausman is exactly the combo they need for a win. Gausman is just 1-1 so far this season but his ERA is very respectable at 2.54 and he has picked up 35 Ks in just 28 innings. We looked back at his work last season against the Guardians and it was a total BAGEL party. He worked a total of 14 innings, had a ZERO POINT ZERO ERA and picked up 15 Ks. Gimme the NORTH for the money.
