Las Vegas - Obviously, we pass on the Knicks/Cavaliers because you know, the New York thing. So, we lace up the skates for a look at the Hurricanes/Canadiens game tonight. Everyone saw the 6-2 Montreal blowout in game one on Carolina's home ice and it was EMBARRASSING. You could even say UGLY. That was NOT the Hurricanes team that finished the season with the MOST points in the Eastern Conference (113). That was NOT the Hurricanes team that had the BEST home record in the NHL (29-10-2). That was NOT the Hurricanes team that came roaring into the opener on an EIGHT & OH playoff run. Expecting the THAT team to show up and dropping a bundle of chips on the 'Canes.
