Don't forget LES ELEPHANTS!
Las Vegas - Looking for the first upset in the World Cup tonight in Philadelphia. Everyone has been touting Ecuador and they have been tough, but watch out for Cote d'Ivoire. Yes, I took French. And that would be the Ivory Coast for most of us. Aside from having one of the best nicknames of all the teams, Les Elephants, or just The Elephants, these Ivorians can play. We know Ecuador is a beast on the defensive side, but they have issues scoring goals. The Elephants do NOT have any problems finding the net. In the four games leading up to the World Cup, they beat South Korea 4-0, Scotland 1-0, France 2-1 and the MLS team, Philadelphia Union, 2-0. If you're interested in some names, the main Elephant is Amad Diallo, who plays in the Premier League for Manchester United. And Ousmane Diomande who plays for Sporting CP in Portugal is world class. The rest of the Ivory Coast eleven all play in the best leagues in Europe. So gimme the Elephants (+$260) for a full Benjamin.
