Las Vegas - Checking in on Argentina vs. Egypt. Lionel Messi vs. Mohamed Saleh. Gimme Messi EVERY day and TWICE on Sunday. Argentina had an easy time in the Group Stage, beating Algeria 3-0, Austria 2-0 and Jordan 3-1. Then came Cinderella, Cape Verde. Most of the players probably didn't even know the location of the country, I didn't, and figured it would be another easy breezy W. Not so fast. The Blue Sharks gave La Albiceleste a run for their money, but fell 3-2 in extra time. Argentina is 11-0, yeah ELEVEN & OH since the end of 2025. They have also outscored their opponents 32-4. Yeah, THIRTY TWO to FOUR! It'll be a little expensive, but gotta throw a handful of chips at Messi and Argentina. 

Looked at the Switzerland/Colombia game and not thrilled with either side, so, you're on your own.

Las Vegas - Back on the MLB board for a look at a game tonight in the 'what have you done lately' category. The Giants (37-52) are hosting the Blue Jays (42-48). San Francisco has won four of the last 10 and has gone Over four times and Under four times with two pushes. Toronto has won three of the last 10 and has gone Over five times and Under five times. 

These teams have not met this season (not including yesterday).
