Motown branch of the Bank of Benj is wide open!

Las Vegas - We have confirmed the starting pitchers for the Tigers/Royals game, and it'll be Troy Melton against Randy Dobnak. Last season, Melton appeared in 16 games, four as a starter and 12 in relief, posting a tidy 2.76 ERA. This season, he has appeared in nine games, all starts, and his numbers are GORGEOUS. After a kinda lousy start back on June 9 (five innings, four earned runs), Melton has been almost untouchable. Talking about three earned runs over 29 innings for a 0.93 ERA. Throw in 34 Ks over those 29 frames and you can see why we're dancing all the way to the Bank of Benj branch in Motown.
