Is it too early for football??? NAH!!!

Las Vegas - Looked over the entire MLB card and nothing really spoke to me. So, did a little dive into college football, specifically the Heisman Trophy odds, and bought a ticket on Oregon QB Dante Moore. After shopping at some of my local/Vegas sports books, found Moore at +$850 at Circa, did a little more shopping and then pounced on a +$1100 ticket at Caesars. Moore led the Ducks to a 13-2 record and made it all the way to the semi-finals of the College Football Playoff before losing to Indiana. Dante's season was amazing, completing 296 of 412 passes (71.8%) with 30 TDs and 10 INTs. Moore coulda gone into the NFL draft and probably woulda been somewhere in the Top 5, maybe even #2 to the New York Jets, but decided to run it back in Eugene for one more season. The Ducks are loaded again and Moore should wind up in NYC at the Heisman party in December.

ECKstats

Las Vegas - Back on the MLB board for a look at a game tonight in the 'what have you done lately' category. The A's (45-62) are hosting the Red Sox (55-51). The A's have won four of the last 10 and have gone Over four times and Under six times. Boston has won seven of the last 10 and has gone Over three times and Under seven times.

These teams have met twice this season (not including last night). On July 27, the Red Sox (-$200) posted a 4-2 victory in Sacramento. The Over/Under total was 9.5 runs and went Under. On July 28, the A's (+$125) posted a 4-3 victory in Sacramento. The Over/Under total was 10.5 runs and went Under.
