Expecting a 1st Q explosion with a Scarlet tint!

Las Vegas - First big week of college football and we will dip our toes in tonight with a look at the Rutgers/UMass game. NO doubt that Rutgers will win this game against the SAD SACK Massachusetts team, but is anyone gonna lay 28.5, 29.5 or 30.5 points depending on where you shop. Not this guy. Of course if you're looking for a two point middle, take Rutgers -28.5, buy back Mass at +30.5 and pray that the final margin lands on 29 or 30. Again, not this guy. This guy will throw a handful of chips on the Scarlet Knights to win the 1st quarter at -7 points. The Minutemen from Amherst were perfect last season, a perfect OH & TWELVE! They might squeeze out two wins because next week they host Sacred Heart and apparently, the Pioneers from New Haven, Connecticut have a football team. Then Stonehill comes to town in week three and apparently, the Seahawks from Easton, Massachusetts have a football team as well. But against a team from the Big Ten, there's NO chance. Color me Scarlet for a 1st Q romp.

On the MLB board, we're gonna rock the Astros over the White Sox. Houston has Hunter Brown on the hill and after missing over two months, it looks like he found something. Brown has allowed only two earned runs over the last 11 innings while posting 14 Ks. The other arm, Luis Castillo, has not exactly been what the White Sox envisioned when he came over from Seattle. He has not made it past the 4th inning in his last three starts, allowing 24 hits and 11 earned runs over 11 frames. Ouch. Castillo faced the Astros twice when he was with Seattle and the results were ugly (two starts, 9 innings, 10 earned runs). Expecting another deposit into the H-Town branch of the Bank of Benj.
