Still hope for the Marlins. If they could play all their games in Miami, they would have a lock on a Wild Card spot. The Fish are 43-29 at home, then turn it around and they're 29-43 on the road. They're four games out of a playoff spot but have their ace, Sandy Alcantara on the hill. Alcantara has been pitching well but has not won a game since the middle of August. However, his last start against the Mets, in New York, was a W with six innings worth of bagels. New York will counter with Sean Manaea and his recent work has been really ugly. Talking about allowing 19 hits and 11 earned runs over the last 11 innings. Big OUCH! Going fishing for a W with the Marlins.
