Boilermakers all around in West Lafayette ... I'm buying!

Las Vegas - If you're handicapping with the 'what have you done lately' theory, then Purdue is the side. The Boilermakers have won their last two games, beating Illinois on the road, 24-17 and smushing a pretty good Minnesota team (4-2), 41-13. Lemme throw some numbers at you from that game. The Boilers gobbled up 305 yards on the ground led by RB Fame Ijeboi with 195. And by the way, how can you not love a kid named FAME! Purdue's QB, Ryan Browne, has been solid and mostly mistake free, completing 69.9% of his passes for 1,549 yards with nine TDs and just one INT. On the other side of the field, Washington comes to West Lafayette on an 0-3 run, but the most disturbing is last week's loss to Iowa. The Huskies lost their #1 QB, Demond Williams, and their running game was a disaster. The #1 RB, Brian Bonner, managed to squeeze out just 17 yards and as a team, they were -3 yards. Yeah, MINUS THREE! Shop around and see if you can get Purdue at -3, if not, buy the hook down from -3.5 to -3.
