Tigers vs. Tigers ... we'll buy the dog!

Las Vegas - Looking at the Tigers vs. the Tigers this afternoon. The Auburn Tigers are coming off one of the most insane upsets in recent history, taking down #1 Georgia, AT Georgia. As a 19.5 point underdog! Are these Tigers gonna take a cat nap when LSU comes to Jordan-Hare Stadium? Don't think so. There are no good spots to take a nap in the SEC. We all know that LSU's QB Sam Leavitt is very talented, but don't sleep on Auburn's dual threat QB Byrum Brown. And when you look at LSU's 31-0 bagel against Mississippi State last week, don't get too excited. The Bulldogs started the season 4-0, just like last year, then wound up losing seven of the last eight to end the 2025 season. Looks like the same old for Miss State. And the home/away numbers in the SEC are heavily slanted to home cooking. Auburn is 3-0 at home so far, while LSU is 0-2 on the road and has lost seven of their last eight away games.

Of course we're gonna throw a 10-point three team teaser at you. Start with Oklahoma State and take the Cowboys from -13 to -3 points against Colorado. Then we drop Arizona from -10 points to a pick'em against Iowa State. Close up shop with Kentucky and take the Wildcats from -10.5 to a -1/2 point against Vanderbilt.

If the Rays lost the opener, then we would come back with Tampa's Drew Rasmussen to even the series in game two. Rasmussen gets to face the team that drafted him and dealt him to the Rays five years ago. This guy has been a BEAST in the second half of the season, winning 11 games without a loss, while the Rays have won 14 of his last 15 starts. Rasmussen faced the Brew Crew on April 1, allowing two hits and one earned run over five innings. Light play to the Rays.
