Las Vegas - On the college hoop board, we're gonna throw down our first 6-point two team teaser. Starting with Minnesota, and taking the Golden Gophers down from -6 to a pick'em against Maryland. Minny is sitting at 11-4, which is pretty solid, but after looking at the four losses, we noticed they all came on the road. The Gophers are pitching an 11-0 PERFECTO at home, including last week's stunning 75-57 victory over Michigan. Not always into comparative scores, but, the Terps last game was also against Michigan, and they were stomped by the Wolverines, 87-63. Then we move down to Tallahassee, and take Florida State down from -7 to -1 point against Clemson. The Seminoles are sitting near the top of the ACC with a 4-1 conference mark. Guess who inflicted the only loss? Yup, Clemson. The Tigers posted a 77-67 W at their barn in South Carolina back in December and the revenge angle should be more than enough to put the 'Noles into the win column.

Gotta take a look at the UFC fight between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier. Not sure that I'm gonna lay $320 on the 'Notorius,' but do think that the Over/Under total is a play. The total is set at 2.5 rounds, and we're gonna go low. The last time that McGregor fought Poirier, it was a TKO at 1:46 of the first round. It looks like Conor is in superb shape, and with a couple of MULTI-ZILLION dollar matches on the horizon, don't see him losing in this spot. PLZ check the time because the bout is at the UFC Fight Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Think they are like nine hours ahead of the East Coast, and 12 ahead of Vegas. It looks like the main card is gonna start at 10 p.m. ET, 7:00 p.m. PT. However, it'll cost you $70 bones, and that's only if you are an ESPN+ subscriber.
