No matter if they've had Donovan McNabb or Rex Grossman at quarterback the Redskins have been surprisingly solid for bettors this season, and that should continue this weekend when they face the Jaguars.
Washington at Jacksonville (-7) at Bodog
The Jaguars had their six-game ATS winning streak snapped by the Colts last week, and they'll drop another one this weekend ATS when Washington comes to town.
The Redskins may not have been able to win many games this season at 5-9 SU, but they've been a great betting option at 8-5-1 ATS. Washington has been especially solid ATS as the underdog with an 8-4-1 record ATS in their last 13 games as the 'dog.

Even with Grossman at the helm the Redskins surprised last week and covered against Dallas.
Last week the Jags stumbled against Indianapolis after their run game dried up behind what looked like an injured Maurice Jones-Drew. The Jags say that MJD is fine – but you know that's not entirely true.
The Redskins don't exactly have the best run defense, but neither did the Colts last week and look how that turned out. Also worth noting is that the Jags have been terrible as the favorite with a 4-13 record ATS in their last 17 games as chalk.
Pick: Take the Redskins at +7.
Detroit at Miami (-3.5) at 5Dimes.com
The Lions may finally be shedding the moniker of the NFL's worst franchise. Detroit may only have won four games so far this season, but at least they're holding their own most weeks and it's still an improvement on the zero games they won two years ago.
Even more impressive is the Lions' 10-4 ATS record this season, which includes going 8-4 ATS as the underdog.
Detroit's numbers may be good, but the real reason we're picking them to upset Miami this weekend is because the Dolphins are just plain awful at home.
In Miami this season the Dolphins are 1-6 SU and 2-5 ATS. In their last nine games as a favorite the Dolphins are a lame 3-6 both SU and ATS. Yes that's right, six losses as the favorite.
Pick: Go with the Lions at +3.5, and if you're feeling it like we are take them on the moneyline too.
Baltimore at Cleveland (+3.5) at Sportsbook.com
The Ravens go to Cleveland this weekend looking for their sixth straight win over the Browns. During that run they are also 4-1 ATS.
Judging by what the Browns have shown in the last two weeks against Cincinnati and Buffalo (they scored a combined 23 points), they don't appear to have the offensive ability to hang with the Ravens.
Baltimore finally let Ray Rice loose last week and he blasted the Saints for 233 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns. What kind of damage will he do against a Cleveland defense that is ranked No. 25 in the NFL against the run?
Earlier this season the Ravens defeated the Browns 24-17 but failed to cover a high 12.5-point spread. Covering this week's 3.5-point spread should be much easier.
The Browns are 2-4 SU and 1-5 ATS in their last six and should be headed for another loss on Sunday.
Pick: Baltimore -3.5
