Hawks Seek Bounceback, Payout Against Cavs
The Atlanta Hawks are 5-2 SU and 2-5 ATS in seven home games so far this postseason. The Hawks will try to bounce back from a Game 1 loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers with a win on Friday in Game 2.
After opening as a 1.5-point home underdog at the sportsbooks for Game 2, Atlanta is now going off as a 1-point favorite at Bovada. The Cavaliers have been impressive on the road in these playoffs with a 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS record so far and could take control of the series with another win on Friday.
Cleveland won Game 1 97-89 as a 2-point underdog on the road. This series will shift to Cleveland for Game 3 on Sunday.
The Houston Rockets are 5-0 ATS over their last five games after covering the spread in both Game 1 and Game 2 at Golden State. Unfortunately for the Rockets, they fell to 0-2 SU in the series in those two games including a heartbreaking 99-98 loss on Thursday night.
Houston returns home to host the Warriors on Saturday night and is 3-0 SU and 2-1 ATS over its last three games at the Toyota Center. Golden State is a 1-point road favorite.
With two straight wins against the New York Rangers, the Tampa Bay Lightning are now 6-1 in their last seven meetings. Since giving up two goals or less in 10 of their previous 11 games, the Rangers have allowed six goals in each of their last two games against Tampa Bay.
The Rangers enter Game 4 on Friday as a +115 underdog on the road at Bovada against the Lightning at -135. Game 5 will be at Madison Square Garden on Sunday in New York.
The Anaheim Ducks bounced back nicely from a triple-overtime loss at home in Game 2 with a 2-1 upset on the road against the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 3. With the win, Anaheim improved to 10-2 this postseason with both of the team's losses coming in overtime.
Chicago will try to knot the series at two games apiece Saturday when it hosts the Ducks in Game 4.
