Baseball hits its All-Star Break this week, with the Home Run Derby showing up on MLB props menus at the sportsbooks for Monday and the All-Star Game itself taking place in Kansas City on Tuesday. As well, the Sprint Cup Series is in New Hampshire, while the PGA Tour plays its last event before the British Open at the TPC Deere Run.
The National League has won each of the last two All-Star Games, but they'll be the road team for Tuesday night and they're pegged as the +112 underdog for the contest at the sportsbooks. The American League are the -122 home favorites for the game, while totals bettors have an OVER/UNDER of 8.5 runs to consider for the matchup.

Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton was the leading vote-getter for the All-Star Game, and he's joined as a starter on the American League roster for the event by catcher Mike Napoli, first baseman Prince Fielder, second baseman Robinson Cano, third baseman Adrian Beltre, shortstop Derek Jeter, outfielders Jose Bautista and Curtis Granderson, and DH David Ortiz.
The National League's elected starters for Tuesday are catcher Buster Posey, first baseman Joey Votto, second baseman Dan Uggla, third baseman Pablo Sandoval, shortstop Rafael Furcal, and outfielders Melky Cabrera, Carlos Beltran, and Matt Kemp – although Kemp, coming off the disabled list, won't play in the All-Star Game itself.
Monday's Home Run Derby has Blue Jays slugger Bautista pegged as the 13/4 favorite, putting him ahead of the Dodgers' Kemp (5/1), the Angels' Mark Trumbo (5/1), and defending champion Cano of the Yankees (5/1). The Cardinals' Beltran and the Tigers' Fielder are both at 11/2, with the Rockies' Carlos Gonzalez at 13/2, and late entry Andrew McCutchen of the Pirates listed last at 7/1.
MLB teams return to the diamond on Friday, with the marquee series for the weekend including the Angels at the Yankees, Boston at Tampa Bay, the Mets at Atlanta, and Washington at Miami. Sunday Night Baseball then features the Cardinals at the Reds.
The PGA Tour has the John Deere Classic on tap this week at TPC Deere Run in Silva Illinois, with the British Open then taking place at Royal Lytham St. Anne the following week in England. Tiger Woods sits as the favorite on the golf futures at the sportsbooks to win the British Open at 6/1, with Lee Westwood at 12/1, and Rory McIlroy at 14/1.
On the track New Hampshire Motor Speedway hosts the Sprint Cup Series' LENOX Industrial Tools 301 on Sunday afternoon, with Tony Stewart looking for his second consecutive victory after taking the checkered flag in the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona over the weekend. Stewart has won three times at New Hampshire in his Cup career.
As well, in the Octagon this week it's UFC on Fuel TV: Munoz vs. Weidman on Wednesday night from San Jose, with Weidman a -145 favorite against underdog Munoz (+115). The CFL has games on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, including a matchup between the Lions and Roughriders in Saskatchewan on Saturday afternoon. Finally, the WNBA offers up its final games this week before starting an Olympic break.
