NFL Divisional Playoffs: NFC Matchup Odds
After having their nine-game winning streak snapped by Seattle in their regular season finale the Arizona Cardinals will try to get another winning streak started when they meet up with Green Bay in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs.
At home the Cardinals are a 7-point favorite at online sportsbook Bovada. They were 6-2 SU but only 3-5 ATS at home this season and in their last 20 games as a home favorite they sport a 15-5 SU record and 11-9 ATS mark.
Green Bay beat up on Washington 35-18 as a 2-point underdog in the Wild Card round last week. Including last week’s win the Packers were 2-1 SU and ATS as a road underdog this season, but in their last 13 games as a road dog they’re an awful 3-10 SU and ATS.
The Cardinals and Packers clashed earlier this season in Week 15 and Arizona won handily 38-8 as a 6-point home favorite. The Arizona defense dominated in the game with nine sacks and four turnovers.
In the other NFC Divisional Round matchup the Carolina Panthers play host to the Seattle Seahawks as a 3-point favorite at Bovada.
Seattle just barely got past Minnesota 10-9 in the Wild Card round as a 4.5-point road favorite. With that win the Seahawks have won six in a row on the road SU while going 4-2 ATS. Their playoff record on the road is much worse at 2-8 SU and 4-6 ATS in their last 10 games.
Carolina was undefeated at home this season and went 6-2 ATS. Overall they’ve won 11 straight at home SU with a 6-2 ATS record. In their last 20 home games the Panthers are a near perfect 19-1 SU and 14-5-1 ATS.
In Week 6 the Panthers faced the Seahawks in Seattle and delivered a 27-23 upset win as a 7-point underdog. These two teams also met up in the Divisional Round last season when Seattle defeated Carolina 31-17 as a 14-point favorite.
