NFL Week 3 Betting Odds Preview
Week 3 in the NFL is loaded with divisional matchups as bettors hope for some stability following an upset-filled start to the season.
In the AFC South on Sunday, the Tennessee Titans host the Indianapolis Colts as a 5.5-point favorite at Bovada Sportsbook.
The Titans pulled out a 33-30 upset win over the Seattle Seahawks in overtime last week as a 6.5-point underdog. Despite that win, the Titans are 2-3 straight up and 1-4 against the spread in their last five games. At home, Tennessee has been tough on bettors at 1-4 SU and ATS in its last five.
Indianapolis is 0-2 SU and 1-1 ATS on the season following last week’s 27-24 loss to the Los Angeles Rams as 4-point underdogs. The Colts have been a money-maker on the road at 4-2 SU and 5-1 ATS in their last six. They’ve also been solid for totals bettors taking the OVER at 6-1 OVER in their last seven.
The Titans and Colts split the season series last year with the road team winning each game SU and ATS. In their last nine games in Tennessee, the Colts are 8-1 SU and 7-2 ATS.

In the AFC West this weekend, the Kansas City Chiefs will try to rebound when they face the Los Angeles Chargers as 6.5-point home favorites.
Last week, the Chiefs fell to the Baltimore Ravens 36-35 as a 3.5-point favorite. With the loss, the Chiefs dropped to 0-2 ATS on the season and they’re a lousy 1-11-1 ATS in their last 13 games. Even at home, Kansas City is only 2-6 ATS in its last eight.
The Chargers lost to the Dallas Cowboys 20-17 as a 3-point favorite last week and are now 5-1 SU and ATS in their last six. As an underdog, the Chargers have lived up to the billing at 2-9 SU and 5-6 ATS in their last 11.
The Chargers and Chiefs split the season series a year ago, but the Chargers were 2-0 ATS. In their last 14 games against the Chargers, the Chiefs are 12-2 SU and 9-5 ATS.
