The NFL betting odds for the total in this inter-conference clash have been set at 48. The Lions are just 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 games as road underdogs.

The new No. 1 team in the nation according to the College Football Playoff Rankings is Alabama, following last Saturday’s 25-20 victory over then-No. 1 Mississippi State as a nine-point home favorite. The Tide decided to take a break this Saturday, with cupcake opponent West Carolina coming to town, before their annual SEC showdown against Auburn to close out the regular season. This week’s game is such a mismatch that 5Dimes still has it off the board.

The No. 2 team in the nation returns to action this Saturday with the Oregon Ducks hosting Colorado. While this game remains off the board as well due to the uncertain status of Colorado quarterback Sefo Liufau, the No. 3 Florida State Seminoles have been listed by 5Dimes as heavy 19-point home favorites for their ACC season finale against Boston College. Florida State is just 3-7 ATS this season and 1-4 ATS in its last five home games as a favorite.

The Bulldogs fell from the top spot to No. 4 in the CFP Rankings to hold on to a place in the national playoffs – for now. This Saturday they will play host to Vanderbilt as prohibitive 29.5-point favorites, with the Commodores coming in with a 1-5 record both SU and ATS in the last six meetings.
