Wild Card Sunday Betting Preview
The NFL playoffs' Wild Card Round will continue on Sunday with three more games on the slate, starting with the Pittsburgh Steelers at the Buffalo Bills.
At the Bovada Sportsbook the Bills are 10-point home favorites. Buffalo was 11-6 straight up and 7-10 against the spread this season. They ended the regular season with five straight wins and a 3-2 ATS record. At home this season Buffalo was 7-2 SU and 4-5 ATS, which includes going 2-5 ATS in its last seven. When favored in the playoffs the Bills are 11-1 SU and 6-5-1 ATS in their last 12.
Pittsburgh was 10-7 SU and ATS this season. They head into the postseason on a three-game winning streak both SU and ATS. As underdogs the Steelers are 6-4 SU and ATS in their last 10, but as double-digit underdogs they’ve lost six straight at 1-5 ATS. In the playoffs they’ve lost four in a row SU and ATS.
Last season Buffalo crushed Pittsburgh 38-3 as 14-point favorites. In this matchup the Bills are 3-1 SU and ATS in the last four games.
Packers underdogs on the road at the Cowboys
Also on Sunday the Dallas Cowboys host the Green Bay Packers as 7.5-point favorites.
Dallas was 12-5 SU and 10-7 ATS this season. The Cowboys have been unbeatable at home lately with 16 straight wins and a 12-4 ATS record. In the playoffs Dallas is 1-3 SU and ATS in its last four and 1-5 ATS in its last six. As playoff favorites they’re 4-5 SU and 2-7 ATS in their last nine.
Green Bay was 9-8 SU and ATS this season. They’ve won three straight with a 2-1 ATS record. On the road this season they were 4-5 SU and ATS which includes going 2-5 ATS in their last seven. As playoff underdogs the Packers are 2-6 SU and 4-3-1 ATS in their last eight.
Last season Green Bay defeated Dallas 31-28 as 3.5-point home favorites. In this matchup Green Bay has won four straight both SU and ATS and they’re 9-1 SU and 8-2 ATS in the last 10.
Lions set as favorites in game against the Rams
And in Sunday’s late game the Detroit Lions host the Los Angeles Rams as 3-point favorites.
Detroit was 12-5 SU and ATS this season. The Lions have won four straight ATS and they’re 10-3 ATS in their last 13 home games. In the playoffs the Lions have lost nine straight, and Detroit’s last playoff win came in 1992.
Los Angeles was 10-7 SU and 10-6-1 ATS this season. The Rams have won four straight at 3-1 ATS, and they’re 7-1 SU and 6-2 ATS in their last eight. As an underdog on the road the Rams are 2-11 SU and 4-7-2 ATS in their last 13 games.
In the last 10 games in this matchup the Rams are 6-4 SU and ATS.
