cowboy up dak
Las Vegas - Never thrilled about laying points on the road, but in this spot, it's worth a tumble. Looked at the injury lists for both teams, and MAN, they're extensive. Counted 19 players on the Cowboys that were listed as probable/questionable/out. The Saints listed 20 players in the same three categories. But it's the players that look like they're getting ready to return that makes Dallas a tasty cake. Looks like Dak Prescott will have a full array of weapons inside the Superdome, with Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb and Ezekiel Elliott all ready to rock. Found out that Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy will NOT be on the headset due to a positive test for COVID-19, which makes defensive coordinator Dan Quinn the man. Apparently, Quinn will have to game plan for two QBs, Trevor Siemian and Taysom Hill. No matter which arm gets the start, the running game continues to be a YUGE problem. New Orleans' two horses, Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram, have been virtually invisible. Neither guy played last Thursday against the Bills, which is why they were able to squeeze out ONLY 44 yards on the ground. Dallas had trouble with the run game as well, managing just 64 yards. However, Dak was pretty special, hitting on 32 of 47 for 375 yards and 2 TDs. All without Cooper & Lamb. If those guys are back and healthy, we have only two words left to say...COWBOY UP!!!
