cream jabbar

Las Vegas - Too bad the world is not following the NIT because Robbie 'Cream Abdul-Jabbar' Avila is quite a story. The Indiana State center, who is also called the 'College Jokic,' is averaging 17+ points per game and 6.4 rebounds. Love his goggles and love his flow, but those numbers were created in the Missouri Valley Conference. No offense to Valpo, Evansville, or Missouri State, but we AIN'T talking Connecticut, Creighton, Marquette and St. John's. The Big East is rated, depending on who you follow, the 3rd or 4th best conference in the country, while the MVC ain't even in the top 10. The Hall has been killing it in the NIT with four straight wins by an average of 14 points per game. We understand that the Sycamores will have HOME STATE advantage at the Hinkle Field House, but the Pirates know their way around this ancient hardwood. Aside from beating Georgia on Tuesday night, they beat Butler at Hinkle back in January, 78-72. Gimme the kids from the Hall for the money.
