Las Vegas - Props to the Heat for grabbing a win on Sunday without two of their best players. Looked like the Lakers were on autopilot after going up 2-0, and knowing that Miami would be without Bam Adebayo and Goran Dragic. Lazy, sloppy, just not interested and NO motivation. That's why LeBron had only 25 points and EIGHT TURNOVERS. That's why Anthony Davis had ONLY 15 points and was in foul trouble in the first half. That's why they allowed Jimmy Butler to go nuts and hit 40 points. Even a King needs some motivation, and now, he has it. After hitting a layup in the 4th quarter, Jimmy Buckets turned to LeBron and said, "You're in trouble!" UH OH!!! Expect an enormous bounce back from King James, with a NO DOUBT triple/double just 48 minutes away.
So, gonna throw down on the Lakers, and waiting to see the status of Bam & Goran before deciding on the size of the wager. But would ask you to find props anywhere you can, and bet your kids college fund. Ask your bookmaker to create a Jimmy Butler prop, or come to Vegas and I'll take your action. If you think Mr. Buckets is gonna score 40 points again, BET ME! If you win, I'll pay your airfare, three nights at the Wynn or Bellagio and an hour with your own private gondola/glass enclosed BBQ Bar Cabin in the High Roller Ferris wheel.
It starts at $925 bucks and you'll get Virgil’s signature Texas Beef Brisket, Memphis-style Pork Ribs, Carolina Sliders, Texas Beef Brisket Melts and Cornbread. It also includes an open bar and private bartender. Not sure who Virgil is, and I'm a Fishetarian, but that mess of meats sounds PHENOMENAL!
Looking at the NLDS, not sure if Walker Buehler's blister is totally healed, and still not positive who is gonna start for the Padres. However, none of San Diego's three starters in the Wild Card Series against the Cardinals made it out of the second inning. Hoping that Buehler doesn't take the day off, sorry, I'm a big fan of the movie, and dropping a few chips on the Dodgers.
