Las Vegas - Lace up you skates and slide up to Toronto with me as we check in on the Flyers/Canadiens series. After a 2-1 Philly win in the opener, Montreal stormed on to the ice and fed the Flyers a 5-0 BAGEL. Ouch! Getting bageled anytime is embarrassing, but getting bageled in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, and by FIVE goals, is EMBARRASSING times TEN. So, naturally, we did our homework to see how the FlyBoys respond after eating a bagel. After eating a, think it mighta been an all everything 2-0 bagel against the Bruins, Philly came back with a 4-1 win in the next game. After a 5-0 bagel courtesy of the Devils, the Flyers rocked the Capitals in the next outing, 7-2. And after the Lightning threw a 1-0 bagel at Philly, the next game was 6-5 W against Boston. Want more? Since the beginning of January, the Flyers have NOT lost two in a row. How about a stinkin' 8-0 PERFECTO coming off a loss. Never liked the Black & Orange from the Broad Street Bullies days with Dave 'The Hammer' Schultz and Co., but gotta put my personal animosities aside, and buy some Philly.

Gonna run out to the Twin Cities and grab Minny with Randy Dobnak over the Royals. Don't really care who pitches for Kaycee, because this Dobnak kid is rocking the party. He's 3-1 so far and has allowed ONLY 2 earned runs over 20 innings for a RIDONKULOUS 0.90 ERA. Found out that the Dobber has been driving for Uber and Lyft since October 2017, and he has an excellent 4.99/5 Uber driver rating. If Dobnak keeps throwing like this, he will not have to drive for Uber, he'll probably be able to OWN part of the company. Gimme a bundle of chips on the Twinkies!
