hat trick
----------------------------------------------------
Las Vegas - Looking at the Indiana/Michigan game and we have to tell you about the revenge angle. Last season, the Wolverines embarrassed the Hoosiers in Ann Arbor, 52-7. Michigan was up 38-7 heading into the 4th Q and still tacked on 14 more points just to rub it in. OUCH! And you know what they say about pay back. So, while we will recommend Indiana -13.5, we will also drop some cash on the Hoosiers to win the 1st half at -7.5, or, if you like, the 1st half money line. Would probably rather have the spread in the 1st half as opposed to the money line because you would have to lay $450 to win back $100. If you don't mind spending big bucks, you are probably heading in the right direction because Indiana has covered the 1st half money line in 10 of its last 11 games. And since the Hoosiers average winning margin at home this season is 35 points, we'll lay the wood. Also thinking about playing Over 48.5 points.
Thinking about the Virginia Tech/Clemson game and it will have to be a wait-n-see, an either/or as we get closer to kickoff. According to Tech coach Brent Pry, QB Kyron Drones and RB Bhayshul Tuten are both game time decisions. So stay real close to the injury reports. If both guys go, we BANG the Hokies drum, hard. If it's Kyron at QB and no Tuten, we will just tickle the Hokies drum. If both guys are out, we would probably suggest that you wash the bet and maybe even turn to Clemson for a peanut.
One more game to complete the hat trick, and we're gonna try North Texas +3 points at home against Army.
