Las Vegas - Welcome to the Western Conference Final. Gotta get you caught up on the season series. The first meeting was in Denver and the Nuggets (-5) breezed to a 110-99 victory. The Over/Under total was 230.5 and it went low. The next meeting was in Los Angeles and the Lakers (+2.5) picked up a 121-110 win. The Over/Under total was 228.5 and it went high. Another game in L.A. and the Lakers (+1.5) posted a 126-108 W. The Over/Under total was 236.5 and it went low. The final meeting was in the Rockies and the Nuggets (-13) rolled to a 122-109 win. The Over/Under total was 236.5 and it went low. If you're wondering why the line was GINORMOUS, take a look at the starting five for the Lakers. Pat Beverley, Dennis Schroder, Max Christie, Thomas Bryant and Juan Toscano-Anderson. You didn't see a LeBron or an AD, which is why the spread was SO large.
Now that you have all the relevant stats at your finger tips, what about the pick? Little nervous about laying six points with the Nuggets because the Lake Show has covered seven of the last ten. So we'll tickle Denver on the money line for a few pennies.
On the MLB board, gonna drop some change on the Orioles and Dean Kremer over the Angels, as long as Ohtani doesn't start for the Halos.

For your wagering pleasure, here is your spread stat of the day. Bouncing on to the NBA hardwood out in Denver for a PERFECTO. The Nuggets have won eight in a row at the Ball Arena and covered seven which is not a big surprise. Why? The Nuggs posted a gorgeous 34-7 regular season record at home, second only to the Grizzlies (35-6).
