Las Vegas - After an ugly month of June, posting a 9-19 record, the Mets have bounced back strong, winning 22 of the last 34 (not including last night). One of the pitchers responsible for the climb is Sean Manaea. If you looked at Manaea's record, 5-3, and his ERA, 3.43, you would be like, not great, not terrible. But it's when we checked out his last three outings that my wallet started to smile. Sean has not lost a game since June 8, and his last three (18 innings, 1 earned run, 0.50 ERA) have been magnificent. Colorado will send Tanner Gordon to the hill, and if his last outing against the Royals was any indication (6 innings, 8 hits, 5 earned runs), it's gonna be a long night in New York. The Bank of Benj is wide open.
