Sports bettors may be fixated on the SEC or even the Pac-12 when it comes to this college football season, but the Big 12 is shaping up as the best title race in all of the major conferences as we look at what the sportsbooks are offering in gridiron action.
The first game on tap for Saturday is a Noon ET tilt between the Baylor Bears and the Oklahoma Sooners. Both teams desperately need a win to keep pace in the Big 12 title race. The other huge matchup in the Big 12 has Kansas State on the road against TCU. The Wildcats have the current edge in the conference title race with a 5-0 SU record in Big 12 play, but the Horned Frogs are coming off a big 31-30 victory against West Virginia as 3.5-point road favorites to go to 4-1 SU in conference play.
