Las Vegas - Gonna take a peek at the Florida Atlantic/Marshall game, and take a light ride with FAU -5 points. After looking over their work this season, it looks like Lane Kiffin's Owls can't handle the cream, but certainly have no trouble with the bottom feeders. Atlantic lost to Ohio State, only the #3 team in the country, and to UCF, only a team that had won 28 in a row before losing at Pittsburgh. So, no surprise, and nothing to be embarrassed about. When the Owls got to the cupcakery portion of the schedule, they ripped off four straight wins. Including a 28-13 W against Middle Tennessee State last week. Don't always like to do the comparative score thing, but Marshall lost to Middle, 24-13, just two weeks ago. Just sayin'. Put me down for a small handful of chips on the Kiff, or, as some know him, Joey Freshwater! Google it and you'll get a laugh.
