Las Vegas - Not saying that Mississippi State is even close to LSU's level, but the Bulldogs do live in the SEC, and that's more than enough to handle a struggling Louisville squad in the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl. And while we're not always into comparative scores, you gotta check this out. State played Kentucky earlier in the season and posted a 28-13 win. The 'Ville played Kentucky in the season finale and was SMOKED, 45-13. But there's more. When Miss State beat Kentucky, they held the Wildcats to ONLY 154 yards on the ground. When Louisville was battered by Kentucky, they gave up 517 yards on the ground. Yea, FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN! The Bulldogs from Starkville have been a superb bowl team the last two decades, winning nine of 11. Also gonna go Leaning Tower of Pisa on Western Kentucky -3.5 points over Western Michigan in the Servpro First Responder Bowl. Would buy the hook, and drop the line to a field goal, but not gonna open the wallet too wide.
