Amanda Nunes finally makes her long-awaited return to the Octagon this weekend as she defends her title at UFC 250: Nunes vs Spencer.
The main event this weekend is Nunes’ bout against Felicia Spencer for the UFC women’s featherweight title. At Bovada Sportsbook, Nunes is a -650 favorite and Spencer a +425 underdog.
Nunes has won her last 10 fights and owns an overall record of 19-4 with 13 wins by knockout and three by submission. She last fought at UFC 245 in December when she successfully defended her title by defeating Germaine de Randamie by unanimous decision as a -500 favorite.
Spencer is 8-1 with two wins by KO and four by submission. In her last fight at UFC Fight Night 169 in February, she defeated Zarah Fairn by first-round TKO as a -1010 favorite.
Former champ Garbrandt favored to snap losing skid
Also on the main card this weekend are a pair of bantamweight bouts. First up is Raphael Assuncao vs Cody Garbrandt. At Bovada, Garbrandt is a -155 favorite and Assuncao a +125 underdog.
Garbrandt, the former UFC bantamweight champion, has lost his last three fights to drop his record to 11-3 with nine wins by KO. In his last fight at UFC 235 in March 2019, he lost to Pedro Munhoz by first-round TKO as a -200 favorite.
Assuncao has dropped consecutive fights and now stands at 27-7 with four wins by KO and 10 by submission. He last fought at UFC 241 in August, losing to Cory Sandhagen by unanimous decision as a +175 underdog.
Sterling, Sanghagen both on hot streaks
In the other bantamweight bout, Aljamain Sterling faces Cory Sandhagen. At Bovada, Sterling is a slim -125 favorite and Sandhagen is a -105 underdog.
Sterling has won four straight fights to improve his record to 18-3 with two wins by KO and seven by submission. He last fought at UFC 238 in June 2019 where he defeated Pedro Munhoz by unanimous decision as a -180 favorite.
Sandhagen has won seven straight fights and owns an overall record of 12-1 with four wins by KO and three by submission. He last fought at UFC 241 in August, defeating Raphael Assuncao by unanimous decision as a -280 favorite.
