Las Vegas - Unless Matt Harvey has found something in the last five days, we're gonna rock the Cards with Adam Wainwright over the Royals. The Dark Knight, yea, that was his moniker with the Mets years ago, started against the Reds last Wednesday, and gave up 4 hits and 3 earned runs in 3 innings. Looked back over his work history, and after a pretty solid year in New York back in 2015, 13-8 with a 2.71 ERA, he's gone downhill faster than Lindsey Vonn at Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy! Harvey was 4-10 (4.86 ERA) in 2016, 5-7 (6.70 ERA) in 2017, 7-9 (4.94 ERA) in 2018 and 3-5 last season with a 7.09 ERA. In the other dugout, Wainwright has had a strange but superb start, winning twice without a loss, and allowing only 4 earned runs over 18 innings for a sweet 2.00 ERA. Gimme some Arch!

Step back with me to the bubble, and try the Clippers -6 points over the Mavericks. EVERYONE, including me, just anointed Luka Doncic as the next ONE! After draining the triple at the buzzer for the win, why not. But these kids from L.A. can ball, and they'll be ready for game five. The two keys are Paul George and Kristaps Porzingis. After dropping 27 points in the opener, PG13, has scored 14, 11, and 9. Kinda strange since he averaged almost 25 points per game in the playoffs last season. Look for a YUGE bounce back from George, and possibly another game on the bench for Porzingis. Not sure how the Mavericks are gonna fill the Unicorn's average of almost 24 ppg, and DO NOT expect Trey Burke to go off for 25 again. LAC are gonna remember how to play D, and cover the half dozen.
