double b2

Las Vegas - Two schools of thought here. First, the Belichickian School that says Double B will throttle Jared Goff and the Rams like he did in Super Bowl LIII. Sitting at a desk in the first row at the feet of the master, we also find out that New England has won 10 of the last 11 Thursday Night games. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't TB12 the QB???

The other school of thought is the REVENGE school! And we take you back to Super Bowl Sunday, February 3, 2019. Belichick cooked up a superb game plan, which saw Jared Goff complete ONLY 19 of 38 for for 229 yards with NO TDs and one INT. His rating was, a hold-your-nose 57.9. Double B also basically erased Todd Gurley and the running game from the face of the earth, allowing Gurley ONLY 35 yards, and the team an embarrassing total of 62 yards. On the other side of the field, Brady was 21/35 for 262 yards, not up to his usual standards, but just enough for the ring. The Pats rushed for 154 yards, with Sony Michel leading the way with 94 and Rex Burkhead at 43. Julian Edelman snagged 10 passes, Gronk had 6 and Burkhead had 2. The only issue tonight is, EVERY one of those guys is GONE except Michel. Sure New England has won four of the last five, but Cam Newton's passing numbers in the last two games are, can we say UGLIFIED. Last week against the Chargers, he was 12 of 19 for 69 yards, yea SIXTY NINE, and the week before that, against the Cardinals, it was 9 of 18 for 84 yards. Not exactly Hall of Fame material.

No doubt that Double B toyed with and embarrassed Sean McVay in the Super Bowl, but with two more years of Xs & Os in his pocket, gotta roll with Veronika Khomyn's boyfriend!
