Las Vegas - Gonna start with the team that most are picking to win the crown, Gonzaga. The Zags get Norfolk State, and the spread is THIRTY FOUR POINTS! What! Obviously, Gonzaga is LIGHT YEARS ahead of Norfolk, but these Spartans from Virginia might make the game ugly. And once the 'Zags get up by 40 points, they'll probably take a few of the starters out, and this becomes prime real estate for a back door cover. But this is just a tickle.

Move to TEASER CITY and lets drop a couple of two team 6-pointers. Start with Ohio University, and bump the Bobcats up from +7.5 to +13.5 points against Virginia. Why? The Cavaliers know how to win, but they don't know how to cover. They only cashed once in their last six games, while Ohio has been PHENOMENAL for the bank account, covering nine of the last 10 (90%). Pair that with USC and drop the Trojans down from -6.5 to -.5 point against Drake. Basically, all SC has to do is win, by a point. The kids from L.A. have a first round stud leading the way, his name is Evan Mobley, and no one on Drake is gonna stop him.

In the next tease, we're gonna grab Texas and drop the Longhorns from -8.5 to -2.5 points against Abilene Christian. The 'Horns are EN FUEGO coming in, with five straight wins, and, FIVE straight covers. Abilene has a gorgeous 23-4 record, but WHO have they played? A few legends from Texas, like Sam Houston, Stephen F. Austin and Howard Payne. Guess what? All of 'em are DEAD! MUERTO! Shaka Smart's kids are alive, and should roll into the second round. Then you can link Connecticut to the second half of the tease. Take the Huskies from -3 to +3 points against Maryland. UConn has been a fabulous investment the last month and change, covering seven of its last nine, and should run right past the Turtles. Before you pull the tigger, make sure Connecticut guard R.J. Cole is in the lineup.
